Before You Book
Before coming in for your service appointment:
Please ensure you have any passwords associated with the computers, phones, email accounts, or other accounts that you need help with.
Ensure that, if possible, all important files such as pictures, videos, documents, or other important items saved to your device are backed up and saved either to an online cloud such as Drop Box or Google drive, or to an external Hard Drive. If you are unable to back up your device, please be sure to inform your technician before proceeding with any repairs.
